Sessions & Fees

  • Intake Interview: 90 minutes | $185

    Here’s where we begin. This interview will focus on gathering information so that I may best understand how to help you. I’ll ask questions about your mental, physical, and emotional health, your relationships with family and friends, and any symptoms you’re experiencing.

  • Standard Session: 53-60 minutes| $130

    I offer individual psychotherapy sessions for adults aged 18 and older. Come visit me in my cozy office in West Navarre, or if you prefer, log on for a HIPAA-compliant virtual session from the comfort of your own home.

  • Extended Session: 90 minutes | $175

    Because some days, you just need a little extra time.

    *Subject to therapist’s availability.

Note: As an out-of-network provider, I do not work directly with insurance companies at this time. However, I’m happy to provide you with a monthly superbill (detailed receipt of services) that you may submit to your health insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Superbills can be particularly beneficial if you have a high-deductible health plan (HDHP) or intend to pay for therapy using your FSA or HSA.
